In 2009, we strengthened our global footprint by forming an association with Dolphin Maritime and Aviation Services Limited (UK) and Claims Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd, becoming an appointed survey agent in Indonesia. Dolphin, serving as our Technical Advisor, is a globally recognized independent cargo claims specialist, providing comprehensive support across marine, aviation, and inland transport claims. Through this partnership, we offer advisory services in loss prevention, policy coverage, claims settlements, recovery, and casualty claims—including general average and salvage matters—for a worldwide client base.
