President Director
Gondo earned his degree in Marine Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in 2003. He obtained the Indonesian Certified Adjusting Practitioner (ICAP) certificate in 2010, further solidifying his expertise in handling marine claims.
His professional career began at PT. Pan United Shipyard in 2003, followed by PT. Dharma Nilaitama in 2004. In 2009, he joined PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa, where he continues to leverage his technical proficiency, extensive industry experience in loss adjusting, and leadership in a managerial role within insurance loss adjusting.
With extensive experience as a trainer and speaker, Gondo has contributed to various seminars and training sessions, sharing his insights and expertise with industry professionals.

Director (Non-Marine Division)
Agustinus earned his degree from the Faculty of Law at Atma Jaya University. He holds the Indonesian Certified Adjusting Practitioner (ICAP) certification and is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
With extensive experience across multiple joint venture insurance companies, he joined PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa in 2010, where he developed deep expertise in handling and adjusting cases across all lines of business.
Beyond his professional practice, Agustinus is an experienced trainer and speaker, actively contributing to seminars and training sessions where he shares his insights and expertise with industry professionals.
Ir. KUSWANTO, ICAP, FIFAA
Director (Marine Division)
Kuswanto earned his Naval Architecture & Ship Building degree from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in 1995. He obtained his Indonesian Certified Adjusting Practitioner (ICAP) certificate in 2000, further solidifying his expertise in marine claims and loss adjusting.
He gained extensive industry experience at PT. Martec Guna Persada, later serving as Manager of the Marine Division for six years and as General Manager for two years at PT. Dharma Nilaitama (Jakarta). In 2011, he joined PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa, where he continues to apply his technical knowledge and leadership in the field of insurance loss adjusting.

Wahyu earned his degree in Marine Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) and obtained his Indonesian Certified Adjusting Practitioner (ICAP) certificate in 2013, further solidifying his expertise in insurance loss adjusting.
Since 2008, he has built extensive experience as an adjuster, specializing in Hull & Machinery and Cargo claims. In 2010, he joined PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa, where he continues to apply his technical expertise and industry knowledge to deliver precise and reliable claim assessments.

Galih earned his degree in Marine Engineering from the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) in 2015. He began his career as an Engineer at PT. Samudra Marine Indonesia Shipyard, before joining PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa as a Loss Adjuster in April 2016. In 2024, he obtained the Indonesian Certified Adjusting Practitioner (ICAP) certification.

Siroji earned his degree in Marine Science and Technology from IPB University. With extensive experience as an adjuster since 2013, he specializes in handling Cargo claims and Hull & Machinery cases. He joined PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa 2018 and obtained the Indonesian Certified Adjusting Practitioner (ICAP) certification in 2024.

Riyan earned his degree in Marine Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in 2024. He began his professional career as a Project Engineer at PT. ITS Tekno Sains in 2023 before joining PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa in 2025.

Nabil earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Naval Architecture from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in Indonesia and Mokpo National University in South Korea, both in 2022. He began his professional career as a Project Superintendent at PT. Marcopolo Shipyard in Batam in 2023 before joining PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa in February 2025.

Oscar earned his diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic Brawijaya in 2002. Since beginning his career as a loss adjuster in 2004, he has gained extensive experience across multiple loss adjusting firms, developing a strong expertise in handling diverse claims. In 2013, he joined PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa, where he specializes in large Property cases, Machinery Breakdown, Fidelity Guarantee, Money Insurance, Liability, and Heavy Equipment claims.
With technical precision and analytical expertise, Oscar delivers thorough and reliable assessments, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to provide fair and accurate evaluations that support effective claim resolutions.

Zaki graduated from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), majoring in Civil Engineering. He worked as a Supervisor Engineer for a building contractor. Zaki possessed 9 years of experience as a loss adjuster handling Property, Construction All Risk, Erection All Risks, and Terminal Operator Liability Claims.

Gerry earned his degree in Electrical Engineering from Atmajaya Catholic University. Since beginning his career as a loss adjuster in 2011, he has gained valuable experience across multiple loss adjusting firms, developing specialized expertise in Heavy Equipment and Property claims. With a strong technical foundation and analytical precision, he ensures thorough and effective claim assessments.

Yulva earned her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Yogyakarta University of Technology, establishing a strong foundation in civil construction. She has further honed her expertise through specialized training in building construction and active participation in civil construction seminars. Since joining PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa, in 2019, she has specialized in handling Property, Construction All Risk, Fidelity Guarantee, and Money Insurance claims, ensuring precise assessments and dependable claim resolutions.

Albert earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Yogyakarta University of Technology, establishing a strong foundation in civil construction. He has further honed his expertise through specialized training and seminars, enhancing both his technical proficiency and industry knowledge. Since joining PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa in 2021, he has specialized in handling large-scale Property, Construction All Risk, Liability, Fidelity Guarantee, and Money Insurance claims. Hidayat earned his degree in Physics from Andalas University (UNAND). With six years of experience across various insurance companies, he has developed strong expertise as a claims handler, specializing in heavy equipment, property, and marine cargo claims. Since joining PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa in 2022 he has focused on managing Heavy Equipment and Property cases, leveraging his analytical skills and industry knowledge to deliver precise and effective claim resolutions.
TATANG BUDI UTOMO, ST

Tatang graduated from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) and began his career in 1998 at PT Giri Alam Perkasa, contributing to a drilling project for GFB Calgary (Canada) in the Bawean Block, East Java.
In July 2009, he joined PT Pandu Halim Perkasa as a Marine Adjuster, a role he held until October 2013. He then transitioned to PT NKKK Indonesia, Surabaya Branch, where he served as a Marine Adjuster from October 2013 to October 2024. Since November 2024, Tatang has rejoined PT Pandu Halim Perkasa as a Loss Adjuster at the Surabaya Branch, specializing in marine and heavy equipment cases while continuing to leverage his expertise in the field.

Azriel earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). He has developed expertise in civil construction through specialized training and seminars. Since joining PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa in February 2025, he has been responsible for managing Property and Construction All Risk cases.
