MANAGEMENT

GONDO GAUTAMA, ST, SH, ICAP, AAAI-K, FIFAA, ANZIIF (Assoc) CIP

President Director

Gondo completed his education in Marine Engineering Department, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in 2003. He obtained the Indonesian Certified Adjusting Practitioner (ICAP) certificate in February 2010 and has acquired professional knowledge in handling marine claims.

He worked for PT. PAN UNITED SHIPYARD in 2003 and PT. DHARMA NILAITAMA in 2004 prior to joining PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa in 2009.

RANGGA WISNUMURTI SRIYONO SE, MBA, CPSp

Director

Bachelor of Accounting Major from University of Indonesia and Master in Business & Administration from Newcastle University Business School, UK. Has +10 Years’ experience as an auditor in top 10 Public Accounting firm and +5 years’ experience as an Accounting & Finance Manager in financial services company, also experience in managing IT, Procurement, & business development unit.
AGUSTINUS GUNAWAN, SH, ICAP, ANZIIF (Assoc) CIP, FIFAA

Vice President (Non Marine Division)

Agustinus completed his education in the faculty of Law in Atma Jaya University. He is the holder of the Indonesian Certified Adjusting Practitioner (ICAP) and a Member of Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI). He has several extensive experiences in several Joint Venture Insurance Companies before joining PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa. He acquired professional knowledge in handling and adjusting all lines of business cases.
Ir. KUSWANTO, ICAP, FIFAA

Vice President (Marine Division)

Kuswanto completed his education in Naval Architecture & Ship Building, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in 1995. He obtained the Indonesian Certified Adjusting Practitioner (ICAP) certificate in 2000.

He gained extensive experience while working for PT. Martec Guna Persada and spent six years as Manager of Marine Division and two years as General Manager in PT. Dharma Nilaitama (Jakarta). He joined PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa in April 2011.

WAHYU DEDI SETIYAWAN, ST, ICAP, FIFAA

Manager Marine

Graduated from Marine Engineering Department, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) and a holder of the Indonesian Certified Adjusting Practitioner (ICAP). Wahyu has over 13 years’ experience as a Loss Adjuster.
SPICA CHANDRA WAHANA, ST, ICAP, FIFAA

Assistant Manager Marine

Completed his education in Marine Engineering Department of Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) and the holder of the Indonesian Certified Adjusting Practitioner (ICAP). Spica has 13 years’ experience as a loss adjuster, particularly dealing with various Hull & Machinery and Cargo claims.
BIMO SUBEKTI, ST

Marine Adjuster

Bimo graduated from Naval Architecture & Ship Building, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) and worked for PT. Anggrek Hitam Shipyard (Batam) as Hull & Outfitting Engineer, and PT. Servo Dok Bahari (Jakarta) as Project Engineer. He joined PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa in November 2013.
HARI CANDRA PRADANA, ST

Marine Adjuster

Candra graduated from Naval Architecture & Ship Building Engineering, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in 2007. Before joining PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa in August 2014, he had various experiences while working for several companies, such as PT. Mac Gregor Plimsoll Indonesia (Surabaya) as a Production Engineer, PT. Duta Cipta Pakarperkasa (Surabaya) as a Production Supervisor and PT. Panca Aditya Sejahtera (Surabaya) as QC Coordinator. Candra has joined PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa as a loss adjuster since August 2018.
GALIH SAPUTRO, ST

Marine Adjuster

Galih completed his education in Marine Engineering Department of Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) in 2015 and started his carrier as an Engineer in PT. Samudra Marine Indonesia Shipyard. He then joined PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa in April 2016 as a Loss Adjuster.
AHMAD SIROJI, S.I.K.

Siroji graduated from Marine Science and Technology, Bogor Agricultural University. He has 5 years experience as a loss adjuster. He joined PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa in April 2018.
IKHWANU HADI MULYA, ST

Marine Adjuster

Hadi Graduated from Naval Engineering and Ship Building, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in 2016 and worked for PT. Daya Radar Utama Lampung for 3 years as Project Manager. He Joined PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa in 2019.
BAYU EKOSAPUTRO, ST

Marine Adjuster

Graduated from Design Construction of Ship in 2012 and Marine Engineering in 2014 at Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Techonology (ITS). He has worked for PT. Jembatan Nusantara as Technical Staff and PT. Multi Servindo Prima as Construction Engineer. Bayu has joined PT. Pandu Halim Perkasa as a loss adjuster since April 2016.

OSCAR HARIMAN

Supervisor non Marine Adjuster

Oscar graduated from Polytechnic Brawijaya with a diploma in mechanical engineering in 2002. Oscar has 13 years adjusting experience handled various types of losses ranging from property, engineering, cargo and heavy equipment claims.
GETRUDIS SALOKA, ST

Non Marine Adjuster

Gerry Graduated from the Engineering Faculty of Atmajaya Catholic University, with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Gerry started his professional career directly in the Loss Adjusting profession. He has 10 years adjusting experience, specialized in handling Property and Construction All Risks claim.
ZAKI FARAY, ST

Non Marine Adjuster

Zaki graduated from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS), majoring in Civil Engineering. He worked as a Supervisor Engineer for a building contractor. Zaki possessed 2 years experiences as a loss adjuster handling Property, Construction All Risk, Erection All Risks and Terminal Operator Liability Claims.

YULVANIA TIURMA HUTAURUK, ST

Yulvania graduated from the University of Technology Yogyakarta (UTY), majoring in Civil Engineering. She is equipped with knowledge of Civil Construction. Yulva has attended training building construction and various Civil Constructions seminars. Yulva handling Property and Construction All Risk claims.
ALBERT ATMAJA GINTING, ST

Non Marine Adjuster

Albert graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Yogyakarta University of Technology. He had become equipped with knowledge about Civil Construction and attended various Civil Construction training and seminar. Albert is handling Property and Construction All Risk claims.
